Plenty of people work across several organisations at once: their own company, a client, a portfolio company, a board, and a personal Gmail on top. Each comes with its own Google account and its own calendar, and none of them know about the others. Tandem makes them work together.

Why Tandem exists

Calendars were built for one organisation at a time.

Google Calendar is excellent inside one account. But if you hold a Workspace login for each company you work with, every calendar sees only its own slice of your week. A colleague at one firm books you over a meeting at another. Your booking link offers a time when you're already committed elsewhere.

The usual fixes are manual: copying events between calendars by hand, or keeping a spreadsheet of who can see what. Both are slow, and both risk sharing confidential meeting details with the wrong organisation.

Tandem connects every Google account you use, shows them as one agenda, flags conflicts that span accounts, and lets people book you against all of your calendars at once.

What we hold ourselves to

One schedule

You are one person, however many accounts you have. Tandem treats your calendars as a single schedule: one agenda, one set of conflicts, one booking link.

Confidential by default

Calendars from different organisations shouldn't leak into each other. Copies go across as Busy unless you choose otherwise, and we store event metadata only.

Only touch what we created

Tandem reads your calendars, but only ever edits or deletes events it made itself. Everyone else's events are left exactly as they are.

Fair pricing

A free plan that's genuinely useful, and paid plans priced at about half what popular scheduling tools charge.
