Board members and advisors
Find a time across the whole board, without the email thread.
Advisors and board members juggle calendars from several organisations. Tandem puts them in one agenda and lets a board vote on a time, then books the winner.

A day in the life
Scheduling a quarterly board meeting
Morgan sits on two boards and advises a fictional charity, Brightwater Trust. Each organisation gave Morgan a calendar account, and the Q4 board meeting needs five busy people in one room.
Illustrative example. Morgan and Brightwater Trust are fictional. This shows how the features work together, not a real customer.
Mon
Morgan opens a meeting poll. The week grid shows busy time from every connected calendar, so Morgan only proposes times that are genuinely free.
Mon
Morgan turns on reserve times, holding the three proposed slots on the calendar while the board votes.
Wed
All five votes land on the same Wednesday afternoon. Morgan books it, and the other two held slots are released.
Thu
The board meeting is copied to Morgan's other accounts as Busy, so the Brightwater team doesn't book over it.
How Tandem helps
Built for board members and advisors
Let them vote
Meeting polls that end in a booking
Propose a few times, share a link, let people vote, then book the winner. Optional reserved times hold the slots until one is chosen.
- Pick times on a week grid showing all your calendars
- Reserve times, released once one is booked
- Or share a one-off link with hand-picked times

Hand-picked
One-off links for a single meeting
When a poll is too much, pick three times that suit you and send a one-time link. The first person to choose books it.
- Your busy time from every account, shown faintly
- One link, used once
- Books into the calendar you choose
Every organisation
One agenda across every board you sit on
Each organisation's calendar in one list, in its own colour. Meetings that clash across organisations are flagged.
- Duplicate invites shown once
- Only your own calendars count
- Your time zone, set once
