BetaThe emails around a meeting, sent for you
Set up "when this happens, do this" workflows once. Reminders, thank-yous and follow-ups go out around every booking.
Email delivery is rolling out during the beta. You can build workflows today; sending switches on as the beta progresses.

Triggers
When this happens, do this
Pick the moment a workflow runs, with an offset where it makes sense, like 24 hours before the start. Attach it to the event types it should apply to.
- When a meeting is booked, rescheduled or cancelled
- Before a meeting starts, when it starts, or after it ends
- Choose which event types each workflow covers
- Up to five actions per workflow

- Email reminder to invitee or host
- Thank-you and follow-up emails
- Resources on booking and reconfirm requests
- Cancellation notice to someone else
