FAQ
Pricing questions
What counts as an account?
Each Google account you connect counts as one, whether it's a personal Gmail or a company's Google Workspace account. Every calendar inside that account is included at no extra cost. Free covers two connected accounts; Pro and Team have no limit.
What happens after the beta?
Beta members get Pro free for at least 6 months. Before any paid plan starts we'll email you with the price and the date, and you can choose to stay on Pro, move to Free, or leave.
Will my price change?
The prices on this page are what we plan to charge when payments go live: Pro at $5/month billed yearly or $6 monthly, and Team at $8/seat/month billed yearly or $10 monthly. If that ever changes, we'll give you notice before it affects you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. During the beta there's nothing to cancel because nothing is billed. You can disconnect a Google account or ask us to delete your data whenever you like.
Is Outlook supported?
Not yet. Tandem works with Google calendars today (personal Gmail and Google Workspace). Microsoft / Outlook calendars are coming soon.
Is my data private?
Yes. Tandem stores calendar metadata only, encrypts your Google tokens, and only ever edits or deletes events it created itself. No ads, no selling data, no third-party analytics. Read more on our security page and in the privacy policy.
Do the people booking with me need an account?
No. Invitees just open your link, pick a time and enter their name and email. They never need a Tandem account, on any plan.
How do payments and refunds work?
Payments aren't live yet, so there's nothing to pay or refund today. When they are, we'll publish the refund terms before anyone is charged. Questions? hello@tandem.page.
