Founders and operators

Run the company without losing the rest of your calendar.

Connect your company account, your personal Gmail and anything else you're building. Tandem shows one agenda, flags clashes between them and gives you one booking link that checks them all.

A day in the life

Alex's Tuesday, with every calendar in one place

Alex runs a small company and is quietly starting a second venture on the side. That's three Google accounts: the company's Workspace, the new venture's, and a personal Gmail with school runs and the dentist.

Illustrative example. Nothing here is a real person or company. It's an example of how the pieces fit together.

  1. 8:10

Alex opens Tandem and sees the day across all three accounts. A supplier call on the company calendar overlaps a personal appointment, and Tandem flags it as a conflict.

  2. 9:30

An investor asks for time. Alex sends one booking link. It only offers slots that are free on every connected calendar, so the dentist and the venture's standup are safe.

  3. 11:00

The investor's booking lands on the company calendar with a Google Meet link. A cross-posting rule copies it to the other two calendars as Busy.

  4. 16:45

A teammate tries to grab Alex for a late review. The slot already shows Busy on the company calendar, so they pick another time.

How Tandem helps

Built for founders and operators

See everything

One agenda across the company, the venture and home

Tandem merges every connected Google account into one agenda. Invites that sit on two of your calendars show once, and overlaps are flagged only when they span different accounts.

  • Choose which calendars count; colleagues' shared calendars start off
  • Syncs every 10 minutes, or press Sync now
  • Your own time zone, set once
More about one agenda for every account

One link

A booking link that knows about your whole life

Share one page with every meeting type you offer. Before anyone books, Tandem checks all your connected calendars and runs a fresh free/busy check with Google.

  • Each event type books into the account you choose
  • Google Meet link, reschedule and cancel links included
  • Buffers, minimum notice and daily limits

No double-booking

Your colleagues see Busy, wherever you actually are

Cross-posting copies meetings from one account onto your others. Your team sees a Busy block, not your personal plans or the name of your side project.

  • Busy, a neutral placeholder, or full details: per account pair
  • Skip free, all-day and declined events
  • Copies are removed when you turn a rule off

Protect your time

Hours that match how you actually work

Keep separate schedules for company hours and venture hours, block out holidays, and override single days without touching the rest of the week.

  • Several time ranges per day
  • Date-specific overrides
  • Public holidays by country

Recommended setup

How to set it up

A setup that works well for a founder with two or three accounts:

  • Connect your company account, your personal Gmail and any venture account
  • Turn on only your own calendars; leave colleagues' shared calendars off
  • Add a cross-posting rule from personal to company as Busy
  • Create an Intro call event type that books into the company calendar
  • Set working hours with a date override for days you're out

Some of these, like cross-posting rules and more than two accounts, are on Pro. Join during the beta and get Pro free for at least six months. Compare plans

Questions

Do my colleagues see my personal events?
Only if you choose to show them. Cross-posting rules let you copy events as Busy, as a neutral placeholder, or with full details, per pair of accounts. Private by default.
Can I use Tandem with Microsoft or Outlook calendars?
Not yet. Tandem works with Google accounts today. Microsoft / Outlook calendars are coming soon.
What's on the free plan?
Two connected Google accounts, the unified agenda with conflict flags and one booking link. Pro adds unlimited accounts and event types, cross-posting rules and polls. During the beta, Pro is free for at least six months.
Can my whole team share a booking page?
Team scheduling (team pages, round robin and collective availability) is coming soon. Today Tandem is built for one person working across many accounts.

One schedule across every account you work in.

Free to start. Connect your Google accounts in a couple of minutes.
