Cross-posting
A meeting on one account blocks time on all of them
Colleagues at each organisation see you as busy, without seeing why. Tandem keeps the copies in step and never touches anyone else's events.
Privacy
Copies are private by default
A copy only needs to say you're busy. By default it's a private event with a plain title, and descriptions are left behind unless you choose otherwise.
- Copies are private events by default
- Location and description copied only if you turn them on
- Copies show you as busy (or free, if you prefer)
- Skipped when the other account already has the same invite

Modes
Busy, a placeholder, or the full details
Choose how much each copy says. Set a default, then override it for any pair of accounts, for example full details from work to personal and just Busy the other way.
- Busy, a neutral placeholder title, or full details
- Your own title template, like "Personal appointment"
- A default rule plus per account-pair rules
- A live example shows what a copy will look like

Safety
Tandem only touches its own copies
Every copy is tagged as made by Tandem. Tandem only ever edits or deletes those copies. When the original changes, the copy follows; turn a rule off and its copies are removed.
- Copies are tagged, and only tagged events are changed
- Copies update when the original moves or changes
- Copies are removed when a rule is turned off
- Copies are removed if the original is deleted
How it works
Three steps
Step 1: Connect your accounts
Cross-posting works between any accounts you've connected.
Step 2: Set a rule
Choose Busy, placeholder or full details, plus filters.
Step 3: Tandem keeps copies in step
Copies are created, updated and removed after each sync.
