One agenda
Every account you work in, on one agenda
Connect each Google account once. Tandem merges them into a single 14-day agenda and flags the clashes your separate calendars can't see.

Merge
One list, not three browser tabs
Each account keeps its own colour, so you can tell at a glance where a meeting lives. When the same invite lands on two of your calendars, you see it once.
- Connect as many Google accounts as your plan allows
- A merged agenda covering the next 14 days
- Copies of the same invite are merged into one item
- Every event tagged with the account it belongs to

Conflicts
Conflicts that span accounts, and only those
Overlaps inside one calendar are usually on purpose. Tandem flags an overlap only when it spans two or more of your accounts, which is exactly the clash nobody else can see.
- Flags overlaps between different accounts
- Ignores overlaps inside a single account
- Shared invites aren't counted as clashing with themselves
Calendars
You decide which calendars count
Accounts often show colleagues' calendars and subscriptions too. Your own calendars are on by default; shared ones start off. Only the calendars you turn on are synced, shown and checked.
- Primary and owned calendars on by default
- Colleagues' shared calendars and subscriptions start off
- Turn any calendar on or off in Settings
- Your profile's time zone applies across the agenda
Sync
Fresh every ten minutes, or right now
Tandem re-reads your calendars every ten minutes. If you've just accepted something, press Sync now. It stores event details like titles and times, not descriptions.
- Automatic sync every 10 minutes
- Sync now whenever you want
- Rolling window: about a week back and 60 days ahead
How it works

Sign in with each account and allow calendar access.
Step 2: Pick your calendars
Keep your own on, leave colleagues' shared calendars off.
Step 3: Read one agenda
See everything in one list, with cross-account conflicts flagged.
